Apples: Apples are a great source of vitamin C and fiber. They can be fed to dogs fresh, cooked, or pureed, but be sure to remove the seeds and core as they contain small amounts of cyanide which can be toxic to dogs.
Blueberries: Blueberries are a rich source of antioxidants and vitamins. They can be fed fresh or frozen to dogs.
Strawberries: Strawberries are a good source of vitamin C and fiber. They can be fed fresh or frozen to dogs.
Bananas: Bananas are a good source of potassium and vitamin B6. They can be fed mashed or sliced to dogs.
Watermelon: Watermelon is a great source of hydration, vitamin A and C. It's important to remove the seeds and rind before feeding it to dogs as they can cause intestinal blockages.
Melons: Melons such as Cantaloupe, Honeydew and Crenshaw contain vitamins A and C and hydration. As with watermelon, make sure to remove the seeds and rind before giving it to your dog.
It's important to note that fruits should be given in moderation and should not replace a balanced diet, also, it's important to check with your vet before introducing any new food to your dog's diet, especially if your dog has any health issues.
