Thank you for shopping at LICK. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Exchange-Only Policy – No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Items may be exchanged for another product or store credit only. All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

What You Need for an Exchange

To process an exchange, you must provide proof of purchase, which can be:

  • A receipt sent via text message or email

  • If you did not receive a receipt, please provide the exact date of purchase so we can look up your order in our system.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be undamaged

  • Not be altered in any way

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
