The combo of Melatonin, Chamomile and I-tryptophan help reduce stress and tension. Melatonin is a naturally produced hormone which helps regulate sleep and wake cycles and helps promote rest and relaxation. On the other hand, Chamomile is a plant extract used for sleepiness, Passion Flower promotes relaxation, soothes tension and relieves occasional anxiety and stress, and finally, L-Tryptophan may increase levels of serotonin in the brain.
